To ensure that the villas and rental services operate in a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests, the following rules and policies must be observed during your stay.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation and/or refusal of access to the property or facilities.
Furthermore, guests are responsible for the proper use of the property, equipment, and amenities provided. In the event of any damage to the property, furniture, equipment, or facilities, the management reserves the right to charge the guest the full cost of repair or replacement.
GENERAL RULES FOR VILLAS:
The villa is provided exclusively for accommodation purposes. Any commercial use, events, or gatherings require prior written approval from the management.
Guests are kindly requested to respect the property, its furnishings, and all facilities during their stay.
Only the guests registered in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the villa unless otherwise agreed in advance.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, excessive noise, loud music, or disturbances—especially during evening and nighttime hours—should be avoided.
Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated. Guests may use designated outdoor areas where permitted.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the villa in good condition throughout their stay. Any damage to the property, equipment, or furnishings may result in additional charges.
Furniture, equipment, and decorative items should remain in their designated locations unless otherwise approved by the management.
The use of facilities such as swimming pools, terraces, and outdoor areas is at the guests’ own responsibility and should always follow safety guidelines.
Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted by the property management.
The management reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund in case of serious violation of these rules or misuse of the property.
Flexible reservation conditions:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. The cardholder must be one of the arriving guests or provide a signed authorization form allowing the property to process the reservation payment.
The card provided may be pre-authorized for an amount up to the total reservation value in order to verify the card’s validity and ensure sufficient funds. This pre-authorization does not constitute a final payment and will be released according to the policies of the issuing bank.
Reservations may be cancelled according to the property’s cancellation policy. Free cancellation is available up to the specified deadline, after which cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel within the allowed cancellation period, the property reserves the right to charge the applicable cancellation fee according to the booking conditions.
The property reserves the right to verify guest details and request identification upon arrival for security and reservation confirmation purposes.
The property’s contact details, location information, and booking reference will be included in the confirmation email sent after the reservation has been successfully completed.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOAT RENTALS:
Guests may cancel their boat reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to the scheduled rental date, and receive a full refund (100%) of the booking amount.
For cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the scheduled rental date, guests are eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made within 14 days before the scheduled rental date are non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show or failure to arrive at the agreed departure time without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
If the guest decides to terminate the rental earlier than scheduled, no refund will be issued for the unused time.
In the event that the rental cannot take place due to unsafe weather conditions, sea restrictions, or instructions issued by the Port Authority, the booking will be rescheduled to the next available date, subject to availability. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the rental for safety or operational reasons. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative available date.
By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and accept the above cancellation and rescheduling conditions.
